What causes these orange rust stains?
Almost always well water and irrigation. Sprinkler heads spray iron-rich water onto concrete and fences, and fertilizer can make it worse. It bakes in under the Florida sun and keeps coming back until it's properly removed.

How long does it take and do I need to be home?
Most jobs are done the same visit. It is not necessary for anyone to be home during the service - just make sure the area is accessible (gates unlocked, cars moved). Your tech sends before/after photos so you can see the results.

What if the rust comes back?
On well water it often does over time. That's what the Annual Plan is for - up to two visits a year so your property stays clean without you thinking about it. If you apply a single visit toward the plan, you get another visit within the next rolling 365 days.
